Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

We do charge a $35 fee to diagnose your issue.  This fee is then taken off of your bill if you agree to the repairs needed.  If WE determine that we are unable to repair your equipment no fee is charged.


Do you offer support agreements?

Yes, we offer support agreements!  Please contact us for your specific needs.


Do you offer onsite service?

Of course! We offer onsite business and home services.


what are your Business hours?

We are always open!

However we are not “always” in the office!
